Design Team Delights for Challenge #37--GRACE

Hello to you all on this lovely Monday evening!  If you happen to live in the U.S., Happy Memorial Day.

It is time to share our favourite entries for Challenge #37.  As always, in each challenge you, the readers, get to voice your opinion by voting for your favourite and so it is only fitting that my Design Team get to do so as well.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to join along our Path during the month of April for Challenge #37Check out the entries that really caught our attention...
Karen--chosen by Katrina...

Katrina said this:
"My DT Delight is Karen. The beauty of this card through flowers, music and verse are perfect examples of grace. Just lovely!"

Vickie--chosen by Julie...

Julie had this to say:
"My DT Delight is Vickie O. I love that sentiment. I saw this when I was commenting, and it moved me. I am quite sure I need to order this stamp. Vickie's card is simply beautiful."

Asha--chosen by Pippa...

Here is what Pippa had to say:
"My DT Delight is Asha. I love the image she has used and the colours. A really cheery, bright card."

Crafting Vicky--chosen by Lisa (that's me)...

My DT Delight this time around is Crafting Vicky.  Vicky altered a clock and the final product was just stunning.  The emphasis of the front of the clock is on the word 'faith'.  Here is how Vicky tied it into the theme of Grace:
"I think that if you have Faith you will be able to notice more how God does grace us with so much!  We just don't see his presence as we should.  To me Grace description is: the free and unmerited favor of God, as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowal of blessings."
It is important that each of us believes in something outside of our selves.  Having faith opens us up to being able to better see the blessings in our lives which includes grace shown to us by a higher power!

Creative Congratulations to all of you!

Thank you to everyone who played on our Pathway during the month of April.  As always we greatly appreciate you sharing your incredible talents with us.

Challenge #38--EMPATHY: Midway

Hello everyone!  It is time to get on with the midway for Challenge #38. The theme for this challenge is EMPATHY.  Empathy is one of those characteristics that we need more of in the world.  Can you imagine a world where everyone could put themselves into the shoes of their fellow man and really see what the person's life is like in order to understand him or her better?  What a world that would be!  Need some motivation to get you started?  Be sure to check out Pat's Pondering this month (which you can find HERE) for some words of inspiration on the subject.

Anyway, now it is time to get on with our midway!

Here are the watermarks and links for the wonderful images that the team worked with for the midway.

LOOKING FOR ANOTHER MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE ON EMPATHY?
If you need some additional motivation to help inspire you, I've provided another sentiment on this month's theme (the first is available HERE), free for you to download.

FYI...This beautiful quote was written by one of my incredible Design Team members, Katrina Brown.  She graciously gave me permission to make it into a sentiment.  Thanks Katrina!  I hope that you enjoy it.  I've offered up two different versions--one with a cropped cloud background and one without.
